D. Garabazhii

From meeting the jeweller to discussing a personal piece.

We created a living showcase for a bespoke jewellery workshop: each piece has a video and reviews appear as real customer screenshots. Visitors can explore the details, understand custom production and discuss their own piece.

The task

Help a visitor decide.

A bespoke jewellery purchase depends on trust in the maker and attention to detail. The website needed to introduce the people behind the work, show the workshop and help visitors express what they wanted from a personal piece.

What we built

A clear path through the website.

The presentation centres on real workshop materials: videos show stones and metal in motion, production footage reveals the making process, and review screenshots share customer experiences. Pages about the process, pricing and custom orders guide visitors towards an enquiry.

03 / A personal enquiry

Turn an idea into an enquiry.

A short questionnaire guides the customer through the piece, stone, budget and other details. The maker receives a clearer starting point for the conversation.

What the visitor can do

From interest to a next step.

01

See each piece in motion

Every piece has a video so visitors can explore the light, shape and details. This is the foundation of the workshop’s presentation.

02

Understand the process

Dedicated pages explain how ordering and production work. Visitors can learn about the stages before contacting the workshop.

03

Read real customer reviews

Screenshots preserve customers’ own words and the context of their orders, helping visitors understand the experience of commissioning a piece.

04

Discuss a personal piece

The bespoke-order page offers a route from an idea to an enquiry. Navigation and contact links make the next step easy to find.

The result

A dedicated online home for the workshop.

The website brings together the maker’s introduction, the production story and a route to a bespoke order. This approach suits businesses that need to explain the value of their work, show the details and give clients a clear way to get in touch.
